CD Projekt Red have offered us a chunk of new gameplay during a Cyberpunk 2077 Live Stream, as well as a look behind some of the decisions made.
The Cyberpunk 2077 Live Stream can be found below after it was announced last week during Gamescom 2019. It is set to begin at 11AM PT, 2PM ET, 7PM BST, 8PM CEST. Approximately 15 minutes of gameplay will be showcased, followed by interviews with some developers on the game. You can also watch it on CD Projekt Red’s Twitch channel.
Along with the new gameplay and developer interviews, we recently learned that CD Projekt Red will be adopting a dual-franchise development pipeline in the future, including both Cyberpunk and The Witcher franchises. CD Projekt Red has also made some changes to the character creation system, allowing you to freely choose body features, rather than a “Male” or “Female” gender.
At E3 2019, Keanu Reeves was revealed to be playing Johnny Silverhand in the game, where he will have the second most voice lines in the game. This news came alongside a release date at E3 2019, along with a brand new, bloody story trailer, hinting at some themes introduced further into the game. It has been confirmed that the team is currently toying away with Multiplayer features, experimenting with how it could work within the game. But, it might not end up in the final game.
