Ask An Enemy Studios has announced that A Duel Hand Disaster: Trackher will release on Nintendo Switch this week.
In this split-screen single-player twin-stick risk ’em up, your score is meaningless unless you exist.
It has looked to present a twist on the classic shoot ’em up formula, in that you control two ships at once.
You are challenged to destroy incoming enemies on the left-hand side of the screen to earn points, where you can’t take damage. Whereas on the right-hand side, you must recover resources to multiply your points and can take damage.
If you die, you will lose your score. Meaning that if you wanted to rank on the leaderboard, you will need to push the eject button in time.
“Having a single player controlling two ships at the same time on a split-screen makes A Duel Hand Disaster one of the most unique IPs around,” explains developer Jaycee Salinas. “I’m thrilled to bring this game to the European audience in September!”
A Duel Hand Disaster: Trackher will release on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on September 3rd priced at £8.09 (€8.99).
